Biography
We handle bankruptcies (primarily debtors in Chapter 7, 11, 13 and even 20's) for consumers and small businesses. We have also helped many clients with estate planning and asset protection. Our focus is to help people better their lives by educating and advising them of their options.
My primary areas of practice have to do with people and their properties. I enjoy helping people preserve their assets, transfer them to their loved ones, or simply get a fresh, new start. Helping a client establish a business to protect and develop their assets, or set up a living trust for a client who didn't realize how crucial it is makes my day!
I am very personable, understanding and trustworthy. I work hard for my clients in an effort to exceed their expectations. I am a solution-oriented attorney who believes that good communication goes a long way.
