I have successfully completed both Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies for the past 20 years. I am working with clients who are interested in filing Chapter 20, which is a Chapter 7 followed by a Chapter 13. ... I recently opposed two motions that were withdrawn, to my client's delight. One motion was requesting the court to foreclose on a property and the other was a motion challenging the exemption of my client's retirement account, the status of which was in question.
