Attorney Stormoen is one of the smartest attorneys I know. I have watched him spot issues and solve major problems instantaneously. We hired Ron Stormoen to help in a lawsuit in which my previous employers of 30 years were essentially trying to seize our retirement by reneging on the ownership they promised us early in the relationship. It was extremely important to us to receive justice and this money we had earned over our care...ers. Ron had faith in us and took our case. He smartly and successfully litigated our case and the jury found 12-0 verdicts in our favor on almost all questions. We won both the breach of contract cause of action as well as the intentional misrepresentation fraud case. I wish this had never turned into a lawsuit, but in the end I was extremely satisfied with the results. Ron responded to a issue I had with Fidelity warranty denying a legitimate claim for my A.C. unit. I felt helpless because I knew it was a claim that feel under my contract contrary to what Fidelity claimed. I wanted to fight back, but didn't know how. I posted my issue on AVVO. Ron responded with a... possible solution (Small claims court). He laid out what I should do step by step. I followed the steps Ron had laid out and WITHOUT going to court Fidelity agreed to pay my claim!
