About Robert
Biography
Robert was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He served his country, was decorated, and honorably discharged from the United States Air Force in 1979.
He attended the University of Minnesota, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science, Sociology, and Rhetoric in 1995.
Robert graduated from California Western School of Law in 2000 on an academic scholarship and is a licensed attorney admitted to the State Bar of Minnesota and the State Bar of California.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the San Diego County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, the National Association of Consumer Advocates, the Federal Bar Association, and the American Civil Liberties Union.
Robert is admitted to all state courts in California and Minnesota, as well as all federal courts in California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Robert has been associated with such prestigious law firms as Dorsey & Whitney, Patterson, Thuente, Skaar & Christensen, and Barry & Slade, LLC, in a non-attorney capacity.
Finally, Robert is an Adjunct Professor of Law at California Western School of Law, where he teaches Consumer Law.
