An Expert Litigator

Rebecca played a key role in a successful family trust contest. My former family member who was also the trustee convinced my incapacitated grandmother to amend the trust greatly in his favor. Rebecca and the team used the documents and information we had to unequivically eviscerate the trustee's def...ense. This resulted in a settlement in which I received about 90% of what I was originally entitled to. Everyone's case is different, but she is truly a classy professional who will vigorously defend your interests.
