Biography
Top Floor Legal is owned and managed by Nasir N. Pasha, Esq., an experienced business attorney. Mr. Pasha, a member of the State Bar of California, started Top Floor Legal to fill a gap he identified in traditional legal service. He saw a need for a law firm with the skills and capabilities to provide legal counsel to businesses throughout their four stages of development: start-up, growth, expansion, and maturity.
Prior to establishing Top Floor Legal, Mr. Pasha's focus as an attorney was risk management and liability prevention for businesses of all types. He became aware of a growing perception among business owners that attorneys were not furthering success, but were, instead, actually hindering growth. Mr. Pasha has invested significant time and research developing the firm structures that Top Floor Legal uses today. These structures focus on achieving firm growth by earning life-long clients.
Mr. Pasha is a programmer hobbyist and is active in the San Diego programming and start up community. Mr. Pasha also enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and traveling.
