Löan Tran Shillinger

Attorney Löan T. Shillinger is a graduate of Hawaii Pacific University and California Western School of Law. She is also a former federal law clerk who served locally in the Southern District of California Federal Court and internationally in Micronesia before establishing Shillinger Law in 2009.

The firm began with an initial focus was on estate planning, a decision based on the scary statistic that over 80% of the U.S. population does not have an estate plan. As a single mother Löan began providing affordable estate planning packages for parents.

In 2012, Shillinger Law expanded to assist clients facing asset forfeiture issues and today, Shillinger Law’s focus is complete asset protection, – whether that entails proactive planning or aggressive retrieval of seized property. Clients’ needs are of the utmost importance and Löan and her team are committed to meeting them even if that means literally going on house calls to meet with clients, something Löan has done for her clients since Day One of Shillinger Law. As a result, a high percentage of the firm’s business is from referrals.
