Recently I was taken back to court in San Diego for custody issues, while already having a pending case in Arizona. I hired Kyle Siems as my attorney. If I could give Kyle 10 stars I would! I first spoke with him on the phone then I drove over 6 hours to first meet up with Kyle, and when I met him an...d talked to him about my case, he really struck me as the attorney for my case. He was professional, to the point and knew the laws! He handled my case with the utmost of urgency, always letting me know what was going on and kept me in the loop, as I live in Arizona. He put a stop to the forum shopping that the other parent was committing. He knew the UCCJEA laws, he knew what he was doing, and got both of the Judges (AZ and CA) talking and needless to say this case was stopped dead in its tracks.
