I resoundingly echo the sentiments of all the positive reviews Kyle has received. Since my situation involved a complex move away case, I had consulted with at least 20 odd top attorneys, including the best celebrity lawyers in the LA area, who all believed that my case would get tied up in courts fo...r the next two to four years at least, and cost me upwards of half a million dollars, despite the fact that the opposing party had several infringements and violations. And then I met Kyle and my fate completely changed. He was extremely strategic and navigated the situation so that we were able to mediate and settle out of court successfully, saving both sides millions and years of precious time. In addition to his legal prowess and deep expertise of the family court system, his ability to understand us as humans and the long term best interests of the kids is what helped resolve this situation. He is thoughtful, considerate, empathetic and at the same time transparent about all the ways a situation could backfire, how we can tackle it and the most effective actions to take. Recently I was taken back to court in San Diego for custody issues, while already having a pending case in Arizona. I hired Kyle Siems as my attorney. If I could give Kyle 10 stars I would! I first spoke with him on the phone then I drove over 6 hours to first meet up with Kyle, and when I met him an...d talked to him about my case, he really struck me as the attorney for my case. He was professional, to the point and knew the laws! He handled my case with the utmost of urgency, always letting me know what was going on and kept me in the loop, as I live in Arizona. He put a stop to the forum shopping that the other parent was committing. He knew the UCCJEA laws, he knew what he was doing, and got both of the Judges (AZ and CA) talking and needless to say this case was stopped dead in its tracks. Kyle was very professional, knew his laws and shows so much professionalism and I would truly recommend him and his firm to anyone. Especially after what the opposing party was trying to pull, all the while there are laws specifically stating that you can't do what the opposing party was doing, shopping around for custody, just because she didn't get her way in another state. If I ever have to go back to court in San Diego, which hopefully I don't have to, we will be using Kyle's services again.

I needed to address some issues with my original custody agreement. My ex-wife is a particularly challenging individual who doesn't respond to correspondence, used an 'unofficial' attorney, and would routinely ignore interactions - making the process frustrating. Mr. Siems handled this very professi...onally and we ultimately came to a settlement that worked for everyone. Mr. Siems is the third family law attorney I hired (the pool of respectable family law attorney's is, well, shallow!). Mr. Siems is an exception - his goal is to help find solutions to problems - not bilk the client out of every last dollar. He seems to care about his clients too. Also, I was referred to Mr. Siems by a family friend who is a child support and family law mediator - someone who works with plenty of family law attorneys and knows the good from the bad. Highly recommended.

After trying to modify my child custody and support order myself and my ex wife was being absolutely unreasonable about everything, she left me no choice but to retain counsel. I contacted Kyle Siems and it was a real comfort from our firsr conversation. Ultimately, it took a few months to get things... worked out mainly due to court schedules, but Kyle was very honest and upfront about possible outcomes and costs and was pretty spot on with everything. He worked hard to negotiate with my ex wife's attorney who wouldn't budge so after going before the Judge, Kyle laid out my case in a well presented manner and showed how we were fair and seeking best outcome for all parties and in the end, the Judge awarded me almost exactly what I had wanted from the beginning. A HUGE thanks to Kyle Siems for his cool approach and honesty and getting the job done. Hopefully I never need to go thru this again but if I do, you can bet I'm going back to Kyle!!
