Mr. Delisi was retained as my attorney for my uncontested divorce. He was very thorough and made sure that all my needs were satisfied. He was very reasonable with his fees as well as expeditious in performing his services. He actually cared about me as a client. Something very rare among attorne...ys in this day and age. I hired Mr Delisi to help me resolve my 50 year old children's birth certificates which contained numerous parent information errors. I first attempted to resolve this with the California Department of Public Health Vital Records but after being rejected several times by the CDPH, I was advised a cou...rt order would be required. It was then when I contacted Mr Delisi to review the matter and take his suggestions. I had consulted with other attorneys prior to meeting Mr Delisi. Half of the attorneys I contacted did not want to touch the case. I was disappointed with the other attorneys consultations mainly due to the fact that they did bother to meet me in person and preferred that i speak to their assistant/paralegal and still pay them a consultation fee. It was a waste of money! Mr Delisi took his time during the consultation. He gave me that one-on-one feeling/interest. He didn't even charge me a consultation fee. I chose him. We started in June 2017 and our request was originally denied. Mr Delisi did not give up. He was persistent and determined to find a solution. After working with me and my sons in gathering crucial and convincing information, and after several court appearances, we finally were granted the relief we had requested. Mr Delisi charged me a small fee. I know that he spent 3 times the original anticipated amount of time in the case. He kept his word and did not charge me extra. He was very professional, polite, fair and is a true gentleman. He really cares about his clients and doesn't see them as number or a paycheck. I think if their were more gentlemen like Mr Delisi, our courts would be a happier place. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND John Delisi.
