I approached Jennifer after I got my first denial letter from Social Security. We met in March of 2013 to consult with me, looked at my records and told me if she felt I had a case or not. After looking over all the information I had she began telling us what steps would need to be taken to forward m...y case and how she and we would have to go about completing them. We went through a process that she made very easy for me. While in the hearing Jennifer was on point: knew my case, my medical history, and my social ability. She was able to answer all the questions the judge asked without any hesitation or having to shuffle through my account. I received my fully favorable decision in November 2014 at which time Jennifer explained to me what more would happen. She offered me help in case I had any problems with my settlement even though my contract with her ended with my decision notice. I was impressed throughout the entire thing with her professionalism and support.
