He was never my attorney but he has made my father have a stroke. i told him about his condition. Early on set dementia. He sent my dad a bill he couldn't pay until he at least got his SS check. We had called him a lot to check on a lot of particulars. Fred was irritated by our calls and questions. M...y dad forgot to pay his taxes the month my mom died in 2021. He has always paid his taxes on time for 53 years so he was struggling to accept he did. The other that confused him is who gets sent the money since it has changed names from AAG to Reverse mortgage to Carrington. Dementia is a hard thing to accept and deal with. Fred could care less. The goal was to have it paid before the auction on the 16th of October Dads SS check came on the 10th and its only so much after the withdraws from the bank like life insurance etc. I borrowed the rest on the 15th. gave it to my dad and he went to his bank to wire the money to the servicer and hw didnt figure in the time zone difference. They were already closed. He did the next morning the day of and Fred advised , told, or maybe nothing. The servicer refused to take the payment. They were told by someone to proceed with the sale. The house is all my dad has. I talked to Fred days later and begged him to help us. We didnt have the money and reguardless if he said it needed to be paid immediatly the bill said to be paid by the auction date. If there something i missed he blamed it all on my slow dementia dad. I told him that my dad has been in bed since the the auction. he wasnt eating much and very quiet. Fred says he does not work for us. Well GOOD JOB FRED YOU MADE YOUR POINT VERY WELL. Hey the house needs a few minor things but you knocked this one out the park. We lost our home over $1580.00. You won buddy. We are stupid people we deserve to lose our home. Dont feel bad Fred you did nothing wrong right ? you dont work for us.. Why did we call you in stead of our servicer. I dont know Fred. But we sure pissed you off i couldn't even apologize at all. You were so helpful when you did choose to answer our questions. I hope you don't ever get dementia. By then maybe you will remember this day. Wait you might not. Look I'm just repeating myself and sounding stupid and that isnt what this is for. Fred Winters will fight for you if you dont piss him off. Otherwise he is heartless and he allowed us the ability to sink ourselves. Made us extreamly angry and wont do nothing for you unless he is your attorney. Tried to explain things and did a terrible job doing it. My father condition was explained but totally rides close to elder abuse. I've contacted our senator Mike Mcguire since i know him personally. I've contacted some other Press people an advised them of our experience with you. Between right and wrong due to my dads condition. Yep he waits till the last minute to take care of things. But in the last minute he was refused the right to fix it. You told him though to handle it sooner. Yes you did. For that he will be put to rest soon. Im going to see him tomorrow in the hospital and hopfully take him home. But im positive it will happen again as soon as we get notice to vacate. These are not guilt trips Fred. these are actual things that are happening. So tired its 3am. good nite
