Carl told me the his strategy with a problem I have with the city of San Diego it sounded like a very good idea after I paid him to go forward with his plan he did something completely different in fact it was something that was already done , he said we need to wait for their response which I knew i...t would be a waste of time , he also lied and said a city official had retired ! after 8 months he said he was going to retire and wouldn't be able to help me move forward with my problem . Carl was a complete waste of my time and to this day his law license is still active so he has lied about retiring himself he was a complete waste of time ! I asked him to return the money I paid him he has refused to do so I feel he should return my money for not going forward with the plan he proposed .
