I hired Attorney Nicole E Nemeth in January of 2015 for a Quiet Title Lawsuit in hopes of obtaining a clear title on my property. I paid her retainer upfront in FULL and she never filed the lawsuit and mislead me with information advising me that the lawsuit had been filed. We are in April and no l...awsuit was ever filed.
