I DON'T RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL!. Imagine l went to ask his help with a ticket l got it after l forced to pass the traffic light to avoid an accident with the car that followed me closely in raining night in Mira Messa Boulevard. I explained what happened exactly and he promised to fix that WITHOUT ...PENALTY. Especially it's my first ticket, and l am driving with out any issue in last 20 years her in USA and Europe. His assistant took $99 as Attorney fee, and she promised they will contact me to give update with my case. After several visits to follow what happened to my case bec8l didn't hear anything from them as they promised!!!! l SURPRISED that the ticket fee increased than decreased! Imagine interested not decreased!!!! COULD YOU TELL ME WHY I HIRED HIM WHILE HE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING AS HE PROMISED, l paid MUCH MORE than the ticket penalty. This is the 2nd time my family has used Mr. Ticket for red light traffic violations which we believe we were not at fault! I received a red light violation in San Marcos in August 2018 and reached out to them right away. I explained my situation that I was unable to get out of the intersection bef...ore the light turned green as another car entered my lane. I provided other information needed. On Nov. 6, 2018 they were able to get my case dismissed! :-) From the 1st phone call to 2 follow up emails, their response time is fast and would hear from them within 24 hours. They are clear about what steps they will take to handle your case/trial. Their service is definitely worth it if you don't have the time to attend the court dates yourself. They are clear about what they can and cannot do, but will give their best to represent you. I appreciated every time they reached out to me with my questions.

If you have a traffic violation and a resulting ticket, your first call should be to Mitchell. He was able to get my speeding ticket dismissed saving me hundreds of $$. He is extremely professional and very easy to work with. I didn't have to interact with him much and before I knew it, my ticket was... dismissed. Thank you!
