About Gary
Biography
Attorney Gary Holt graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1981. He is admitted to practice in all California state courts, and in the Federal court districts serving the metropolitan areas of San Diego, Los Angeles and Riverside County. He maintains bankruptcy offices throughout San Diego and Riverside Counties.
Mr. Holt's undergraduate degree is in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Arizona, Tucson. Mr. Holt was also licensed in 1982 as a Certified Public Accountant in California, and his knowledge of accounting makes him uniquely qualified to counsel debtors in financial distress.
After many years of working in private industry for a variety of companies, Mr. Holt established his general law practice in 1992. He soon discovered that he enjoyed helping clients deal with their difficult financial situations, and in 1997 he restricted his law practice exclusively to debtor representation in bankruptcy proceedings.
