Scott was very helpful at my initial consultation. I walked into his office really nervous about my falsely filed restraining order case, as I have never had to defend myself in court. By the time I left his office I was a lot more comfortable about everything. Scott assured me that I didn't n...eed a lawyer to assist me in court for my particular incident, and that I should be fine based on his observations. He shared lots of valuable information with me and seemed to be very knowlegable about my particular type of case. The best part about the consultation is that it was free! I can definitely respect a lawyer who is willing to lend a helping hand, and who is not in the business strictly for monetary reasons. Scott Pactor is the best. He knows his way around a Federal Courtroom and interacts with the Judges professionally. He is always well prepared, and doesn't lie or waste time whether it is yours or the courts. His knowledge of law is astounding. I was indicted as part of the Mongols Motorcycle RICO... conspiracy and was facing a possible life sentence in Federal Prison. He got me bail, which I had been promised wouldn't, and couldn't happen in my case. I remained out on bond while battling this case. I live in Ventura County, Scott in San Diego.
