My mother (an 85 year old Holocaust survivor) and I, retained this attorney in a criminal matter. He was paid, up front, well into the six figures. He was rude, incompetent, deceitful, and although he claims to attend bible class, he had a gutter mouth. Although he promised to make all the court ap...pearances...he would send a totally inexperienced colleague instead...At the time of trial, he was more concerned about himself, than he was his client. He conducted the trial as more of a coronation for himself, bragging to the jury as to how he just had lunch with F.Lee. Bailey. The man is obsessed with himself. He sat with his back to me, as if I had some disease...We gave him no reason to treat me, or my mother so rudely...Needless to say, he lost the case. He did such a poor job, attorneys were hammering away to sue him for malpractice...which we did and won back over $100,000. Mr. Silverman is moving on in age, however I still would never hire this attorney again. It was one of the worst decisions me and my mother ever made...
