Just stopped answering our emails and calls. It was impossible to reach Mr. Smallcomb via phone. Only could speak with a paralegal in the office who didn't seem to know much. Why would someone do business in NYC if they are physically not there? Unprofessional. Our case got rejected eventually. W...aste of money and time.
