The situation was unusually challenging because the beneficiaries are in Russia, where interviews are not currently being conducted. Right from the outset I was impressed with Deron Edward Smallcomb's office staff and procedures. He provided stated prices for anywhere from a limited service for a very modest price to a full-fledged follow-through for a reasonable but much higher price. Since this was an overseas fiance effort I el...ected to go the more expensive route and was not disappointed with the abundance of effort and support that was provided to me. Our appointed representative even spoke the local language of my fiance making the effort to understand the Myriad of forms so much easier. Lastly, my fiance and I knew that we were facing two huge hurdles, namely our age difference (66 vs 22) and the fact that we are the same sex and were dealing with a country that did not recognize gay marriage. Our representative was not put off by these obstacles and worked with us throughout the procedure making sure that our forms were properly filled out and double checking each and every aspect of our application. We had full support from the office right up to the point of our scheduled interview at the US Embassy where we were approved immediately.
