Tom Frost handled a very complicated case involving a breach of fiduciary duty and fraud worth millions of dollars. The complexity of this case against a family member involved transfering and reorganizing various trust assets by applying undue influence over an elderly co-trustee and various bad ac...ts that involved complex financial dealings and corruption. Tom Frost and his team, primarily Craig Wendland, went up against two of the most prestigious and well-funded law firms to arrive at a settlement that provided a fair enough outcome given the power and money of my opposition. It was a very emotionally stressful and legally and financially complicated case. I felt his representation was extremely competent. He was always available, considerate of my values and very supportive throughout a two year process. I will absolutely use Tom and his team for any future matters that may come up.
