Impossible to guess or speculate as to "why" - need request information as to exactly why "revoked".

Have your H-1B employer withdraw its approved petition on your behalf and you will remain on F-1 status past Oct. 1st.

Work with a lawyer in this case or else run the risk of your I-751 ending up getting denied with you being referred to immigration court.
