Maritime Defense Expert

Our small business was sued for damages resulting from an incompetent and disgruntled employee who injured himself as a result of his own actions. Attorney Stires was assigned the case by our insurance company. Mr. Stires spent considerable time and energy to aggressively defend our position. His kno...wledge and use of Admiralty Law combined with his work ethic resulted in a most favorable outcome for our business and our insurance company. We were so impressed we insisted Mr. Stires be named as counsel of record on our maritime policies. This action paid off as we were once again sued; this time as a third party in an injury suit. Attorney Stires built a solid case that went to trial. The outcome found our company free of any liability in the case whatsoever...a complete victory.Another attorney might just as easily settled in customeary fashion. Mr. Stires weighed the cost/benefit analysis properly and pushed for the trial with confidence. We strongly recommend Mr. Stires.

"Sterling Stires is one of the most competent attorneys in the area of Admiralty and Maritime law, and has achieved incredible results for his clients throughout his long tenured career. Largly considered throughout the community as a leader in the field of Admiralty and Maritime law, Sterling is often called upon others as a resource in this area and is most gracious with his time. He also cares enough about his clients' interests such that if they have any issues to which he cannot readily assist, he will help find the best attorneys who can."
