To express how incredible of an experience working with Roger and his team has been in 1000 words or less is very difficult. For starters, Roger is, by far, the most amazing attorney I have ever worked with. His business acumen, honesty, integrity and professionalism stand alone. Roger understands... all aspects of business law inside and out. He goes the extra mile to give a piece of mind almost unheard of. Being a small company, we also had to be very budget conscientious. It goes without saying that Roger was almost more conscientious than we were! We were merging with a company in China, and he was able to masterfully orchestrate an incredible stage and negotiate some complex terms that 99% of lawyers would never be able to do. More importantly was his ability to break down the entire deal into terminology and points any executive or business owner could understand. Without Roger, we would have been lost.
