I would give 10 stars if I could because Robert Radulescu deserves! So happy with Robert Radulescu’s results regarding my daughter’s case regarding car accident settlement. I just received the check for my daughter’s car accident and couldn’t be happier about it. Robert was able to get the maximum am...ount possible and not much documentation request from me which I am grateful for. My daughter was offered 3 times less than he was able to negotiate. Also he is very professional and very patient with my teenage daughter (for not being responsive). I would totally recommend to everyone who needs legal help. As a paralegal myself, I know what a good lawyer would be and Robert is one of the best!

I contacted Attorney Robert Radulescu when I received a demand letter from an attorney’s office who represented an insurance company stating I owed their client a substantial amount of money over a car accident that happened over a year ago. Robert was very quick to call their office and let them kno...w he would be representing me while getting all the necessary information so we could discuss my options. Their demand letter stated that if they didn’t receive the money in 7 days they would begin a lawsuit against me and take legal action to obtain payment. I refused to pay an insurance carrier over a car accident that was considered a not at fault accident by my previous car insurance company. I had reached out to my insurance company to let them know what was going on and that I needed all the information they had for this incident. Unfortunately, it took a few days before I heard back from my previous claims adjuster who let me know she would pass on the information to her supervisor and their attorney since she no longer worked in that department. Robert had mentioned to me that insurance carriers have their own attorney to handle claims such as these. He explained that he would send the attorney an email stating they needed to go through my insurance carrier for collection, but if they wanted to pursue me directly they should expect a “fierce countersuit.” After a couple more days of me sending emails to my insurance carrier with no response, Robert sent them a letter explaining to them it was their sole responsibility to settle this claim and if they didn’t we would counterclaim against them demanding attorney fees and such since they weren’t handling this matter in a timely fashion. Needless to say, a representative emailed me and called me very quickly after that to tell me they contacted the attorney’s office to advise them any further correspondence should be directed to them and not me. Robert was a Godsend because not only did he step in right away from the beginning making me feel at ease, but he also communicated with me throughout the entire process. He spoke eloquently and didn’t waste anytime getting things done. Robert is a fantastic attorney. Thanks to him, I will not be sued because he redirected the claim to my insurance carrier saving me time and lots of money. I was very impressed with how quickly he resolved this issue with just a phone call and an email to the other parties. The lawsuit didn’t happen, the demand for payment fell through and in the end, their demand letter was denied altogether. I highly recommend Robert Radulescu, especially if you want things done correctly and in a timely fashion from an attorney who doesn’t mess around.
