Robert Joseph Olson

Robert Olson is an attorney at Gordon & Rees. He advises and assists business owners and entrepreneurs in developing employment policies and procedures. Along withreview of already implemented policies to provide inputs and updates to California's changing legal landscape, to ensure company’s policies are complying with law and the company’s mission.

Robert also works in business transactional matters like in creating LLCs, Corporations, Trademarks and Copyrights, sales and purchases of companies, sales and vendor contracts, commercial leases, etc.

Before becoming an attorney, Robert Olson was a Navy Helicopter Pilot and Naval Officer for eleven years. He is still a Navy Reservist and provides an invaluable insight to employers who hire veterans or military families. As a veteran and helicopter pilot he has been trained in military strategic planning and working under intense amounts of pressure.
