Richard Gerard Prantil

I have read the negative reviews on here and I think someone just had an ax to grind. Richard Prantil never made much money on my case and had to be patient with my payments since I was coming out of an abusive marriage and had little money to my name. In spite of that, Mr Prantil ALWAYS returned p...hone calls, emails, texts, kept appointments and court dates! He worked hard for me and considered every possible angle in a very difficult case. He is straight up and will tell you what you need to hear. He can be quick to the point but you never have to worry that he is wasting your money or just blowing smoke. I repeatedly won in court because of Mr Prantil's desire to get the job done for his clients and because of his relationship with the other attorneys. If you are looking for someone to make you feel good, go elsewhere. If you want an attorney who genuinely cares and has the ability to win for you, then Prantil is the guy!

I had hired him for a simple divorce. He promised the moon, took my money and ran. I could not get him to return emails, phone calls or texts. He would not show up to court, would not file my paperwork AND would not tell me when I needed to attend a court hearing. You are better off representing ...yourself then have this charlatan represent you.
