Richard Gerard Prantil

I have read the negative reviews on here and I think someone just had an ax to grind. Richard Prantil never made much money on my case and had to be patient with my payments since I was coming out of an abusive marriage and had little money to my name. In spite of that, Mr Prantil ALWAYS returned p...hone calls, emails, texts, kept appointments and court dates! He worked hard for me and considered every possible angle in a very difficult case. He is straight up and will tell you what you need to hear. He can be quick to the point but you never have to worry that he is wasting your money or just blowing smoke. I repeatedly won in court because of Mr Prantil's desire to get the job done for his clients and because of his relationship with the other attorneys. If you are looking for someone to make you feel good, go elsewhere. If you want an attorney who genuinely cares and has the ability to win for you, then Prantil is the guy!

I hired this attorney for my divorce. He has great sales skills, however he is lazy and incompetent. He did not keep me informed about my case. He made mistakes with my case and would always blame the "clerk at the courthouse." He took my money and did not file. I found out that my ex was suing me r...ight and left and I had no idea as Richard Prantil never informed me. I had court dates that I missed where I was supposed to be present because he failed to tell me. He would not return my calls or e-mails. And on the ONE occasion he filed something for me, the court denied it because he filed it incorrectly. He doesn't give you a bill because he doesn't like keeping track of time.
