RETAIN RACHEL. Looking at that guy's review from 5 years ago, I cant believe it. I too must post my experience bc most reviews are indeed usually negative. I'm so grateful for Rachel because of the time and care taken to explain things and had the patience Rachel had with me when I asked questions mu...ltiple times or needed clarification on things. Rachel responded timely to emails/phone calls, and was an excellent listener unlike other attorneys that talk over you - Rachel doesn't do that. Rachel did not give me inflated promises, instead Rachel was caring and direct when advising of both the favorable and unfavorable possible outcomes for my case. Rachel even advised of ways to keep my costs on budget considering the details and potential outcomes of my case. I recommend her services, especially if you have a difficult matter like mine was. Rachel zealously advocates for the needs of her clients. You’ll be glad you chose Rachel.

After a couple of years of struggling to get on the same page as Ms Young, I hired a new attorney to take over my case. I was put off by the many times Ms Young either was late or forgot phone appointments, or the extreme delay in receiving a response to emails, weeks would go by without a response. ...Ms. Young never apologized for making me wait, standing me up or for taking weeks to respond to emails. Instead, she instructed me to call her assistant to notify her that I emailed her, however, they rarely answer the phone and the mailbox is often full. It simply isn't possible to get responses within a normal professional standard. Currently I am struggling to receive the complete file from Ms Young, after more than four weeks since the original email request. My current attorney tells me they have never seen a firm be managed like this in the 30 years they have been in business. My latest emails requesting a document (including three follow up phone calls in the last week) were met with actual insults from Ms. Young, calling me ignorant and even telling me that she hopes that in the far future my business experiences the type of success that her firm has experienced and makes her unable to answer the thousands of emails she receives, so that I have some perspective for why she doesn't reply to my emails. Needless to say, this is a very frustrating situation and I would caution anyone who values productivity, professional etiquette and the simple act of an apology if you are stood up or made to wait unfairly.
