My best advice is work hand in hand with Michele. Know your case as well as she does and you'll be unstoppable. She handled my case professionally, she was honest and reachable.
"I first met Michele when we served together on the State Bar of California Family Law Section's Executive Committee ("Flexcom"). I was first very impressed by her knowledge of Family Law and her ability to get things done. As time passed, we became very good friends and have spent numerous hours discussing the nuances of all aspects of family law. Her command of the law is superb, and her tactical knowledge in litigation is unmatched. Her tireless devotion to making the law in the area of domestic relations better for the people involved in family law cases has had far reaching effects for every Californian who goes through a divorce. Michele's ethics are without reproach. Although I would not want to be her opposing counsel in a matter, I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking a top notch attorney to handle their case."
"Michele is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced family law attorneys in San Diego. She is respected by her peers and the local judges. Her genuine concern for the financial crisis of Family Courts in California is unparalleled and evident in her ongoing efforts to pass new laws."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. Michele not only has a strong reputation in the courtroom but has served on the committee that passes judgment on new laws proposed in the legislature. Several parts of the California Family Code are components of the law today because of the efforts of Michele and her colleagues. We all owe her and them a debt of gratitude."
