Mei-Ying Miye Imanaka

Mei-Ying M. Imanaka is an Associate with Nicholas & Tomasevic, LLP. Her practice areas include business and employment litigation, consumer class actions, asbestos defense, and intellectual property litigation. Ms. Imanaka received her Juris Doctor in May of 2011 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law where she received the highest grade distinction for Trial Advocacy. While at Hastings, she served as Note & Comment Editor as well as Director of Operations of the Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal. Additionally, she externed for the Honorable Bernard Zimmerman, United States Magistrate Judge, of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Ms. Imanaka completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, San Diego, where she graduated with a B.A. in International Studies and with a minor in Political Science.
