Competent, thorough, and professional

I worked with Newbold to put in place an operating agreement and several other business contracts for on online retail business that I founded. Newbold also provided advice on several business questions that helped inform my decision making. He is competent, patient with my questions, thorough and de...tailed in his explanations, and professional. I would recommend Newbold to others.

Estate planning

We recently hired Mr. Newbold to prepare our living trust. His services were exceptional. My wife and I have two young daughters and we realized it would be irresponsible to not prepare a living trust. Through a referral, I hired Mr. Newbold for the job. He was incredibly easy to work with and respon...sive to our questions. He also answered a few questions I had a few months after preparing the trust and volunteered to contact the bank and brokerage firm in the event I was unsuccessful with them. He prepared all the documentation, went to the City office to place our real estate into the trust, and visited our house for us to sign the documentation with a notary. A seamless process for us. His price was more than reasonable for the work and effort this required. We now have peace of mind that the living trust is in place because we owe that to our girls. Thank you again.

Outstanding, Matt Newbold helped us to quickly resolve a difficult estate issue that had lingered for several years. He was available, prompt and thorough. Regarding costs, he was fair, reasonable and worth it. We were very pleased.
