False Hope and Literal Waste of Time

I am sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with me. Since this review was posted anonymously, I cannot specifically address your issue. I invite you to contact me at my office so that we can discuss this further. My firm takes time to review your records and conduct additional research to evaluate whether it can and will enter into a contingency fee arrangement (where a fee is collected by the firm only if there is a recovery at the end of the case). Because these types of arrangements, especially a class action suit, require the firm to take on a significant financial burden and risk related to collection of its fees and costs, we tend to take more time evaluating them.
