Biography
I am an attorney, certified by the state bar of California as a specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law, one of fewer than 160 attorneys presently so certified. My practice is limited to immigration and US citizenship issues--which is enough, given how complex and ever changing the laws, regulations, memos and agency interpretations are. I am one of a dwindling number of attorneys who understand the Western Hemisphere Priority Date program and I am an expert in US citizenship issues for those born overseas. My practice includes business, deportation/removal, family, naturalization, and Federal Court litigation, meaning that I can provide a complete review of all of an individual's options. It is not unusual for an individual to come to my office for a consultation related to a business visa and leave with possible options for family immigration or other special programs. I provide an honest assessment of a case, meaning that if there is really nothing I can do to help, or if the chances of success are small, you will hear it from me first.
