Joshua William Stanley

I was born and raised in Ohio and moved to California six years ago to pursue my dream of becoming an attorney. I attended Miami University where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs with a minor in History. During my time at Miami University, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to intern in Washington, D.C. for a member of Congress. Later, while working toward my J.D. at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, I participated in a study abroad program in China at the Zhejiang University Guanghua College of Law. My background in banking and finance guided my decision to focus my practice on Estate Planning. I take pride in providing my clients with the highest level of customer service. My job is to ensure that my client's assets are passed along to their intended beneficiaries in a timely manner while minimizing the costs and taxes involved in the process. I am an active member of the LGBT community in San Diego. I recently joined the San Diego Gay Men's Chorus and I also volunteer at The Center in my free time. I believe there are many legal issues which are unique to the gay community and I strive to stay on top of these legal issues in order to provide the very best service and advice. I am also very passionate about providing legal assistance to individuals who cannot afford legal representation.
