We had a tri-state jurisdictional custody nightmare on our hands that involved original orders from in California from 2020, an open 2024 custody case in Father's state (home state), with Mother being another state entirely. When a California judge made an erroneous temporary order that created abso...lute upheaval in the lives of the children, we reached out to multiple attorneys who all put us off for weeks and wanted to charge us a consultation fee. However, Joshua and his team not only did not charge a consultation fee, he came through for us in exceptional fashion. His knowledge of UCCJEA is second to none. His demeanor immediately put us at ease. More importantly, his ability to get through to a judge who absolutely did not want to admit that he made a mistake, was EPIC!
