I do NOT recommend Joshua Fabian as an attorney based on my experience having worked with him for about a year. I hired Mr. Fabian while dealing with a stressful legal matter. During that time, I trusted Mr. Fabian for clear and effective legal guidance, but that was a mistake. Mr. Fabian gave me p...oor and misinformed legal advice that resulted in over a year of unnecessary billing (charged me more than $10,000) without ANY benefit or resolution to my case. What was most concerning was the lack of accountability. After recognizing that my case had not progressed, I repeatedly asked—over three months—Mr. Fabian if I could speak with his supervisors to review the handling of my case and to discuss partial refund options. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I have received no response. When you hire an attorney, especially during a vulnerable time, trust and communication are essential. Unfortunately, that is NOT what Mr. Fabian provided me with. I would urge others to be very cautious before working with this attorney.
