Jeff Gerard Harmeyer

Jeff G. Harmeyer is a graduate of Iowa State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering and Business Administration in 1982.  Mr. Harmeyer was employed by general contractors and construction managers from 1982 through 1987, acting as project engineer and project manager on commercial construction projects in Texas and California.  In 1987, he entered the University of San Diego School of Law and was awarded a Juris Doctor degree in 1990.

After admittance to the bar in 1990, Mr. Harmeyer developed extensive litigation experience in construction contract disputes, products liability, personal injury, business litigation and general civil litigation.  Mr. Harmeyer has significant jury trial experience, having completed numerous jury trials throughout California.   He has often argued before the Fourth District Court of Appeal on business related legal issues as well as important general civil law matters.  Mr. Harmeyer is an expert on warranty law, products liability, insurance and indemnity.  His practice continues to emphasize business related matters, construction contract disputes and products liability.  He provides sound business advice and directs litigation matters for his clients throughout California, as well as the Southwest United States.
