Mr. Carroll's exceptional professionalism, knowledge of the law and dedication to my case was simply outstanding. I have never needed a lawyer before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I read the one-star reviews on this website and I can tell you from my experience, those comments sound nothing like Mr. Carroll. His demeanor and very impressive knowledge of the law made him very easy to deal with and he did not force me to make any types of decisions. He simply gave me the facts regarding my legal standing, advised me on my options and allowed me to make my own decisions going forward. You would be lucky to even meet a lawyer of Mr. Carroll's caliber, let alone have him represent you.

This guy will tell you exactly what you want to hear when you initially sit down with him for the first time. He has to open up a law encyclopedia to answer difficult questions that he doesn't know the answers to. He missed 2 court hearings and has a excuse for everything. He violated several rules o...f professional conduct while representing me , I sincerely regret ever walking into his office. He was never on my side. His lack of communication and diligence had a detrimental affect on my life. I never imagined my case would turn out like it did . The search was illegal and Fred was too much of a coward to challenge anything . He won't fight for you bottom line .

Mr. Carroll is an awesome attorney. He helped my nephew when he made a stupid mistake with the law. Due to Mr. Carroll's hard work and committment to my nephew's case he was able to stay in his program that he had just been accepted to and was able move on with his future. Mr. Carroll handled my case very professionally. Obviously, I'm out of custody and happy to be, largely because of his work. His knowledge of the law is impressive-he'll quote you the law off the top of his head. He's sometimes hard to reach, but he will call you back in a professional amount of ...time. He only does criminal law, but he'll refer you to specialists in other areas. He's the reason I'm at home with my family.
