I contacted 12 lawyers when I was on my hunt for attorneys David being one of them. When I met him i automatically knew he was serious I just had this intuition he was different then the other lawyers I had previously met with he was dressed casual, not trying to hard you can say which is what stood ...out to me. He got me down to a cash bulk smuggling charge then a false start charge, I pleaded guilty to the false statement charge and he got me time served I had only done about a month and 3 months on house arrest. David did an amazing job with my Father's case. He was looking at 3 1/2 - 5 years prison time for smuggling drugs from the Tijuana border into the US. My father had never been charged with anything at all in his life. I won't get into detail as far as to how much was being crossed, but it wasn't M...arijuana. David was always kept in contact, responded quickly, communication was key and he made it happen. Very thorough, caring, professional and was ready to take this case head on.
