David Mitchel Majchrzak

David M. Majchrzak serves as Shareholder in the San Diego office of Klinedinst PC. He is a seasoned ethicist and civil litigator with significant motion, trial, and appellate experience. Mr. Majchrzak counsels attorneys and other professionals on ethics. He also assists corporate entities and successful individuals resolve complex disputes and represents professionals in malpractice claims. He has also represented numerous insurance carriers regarding coverage disputes.

Mr. Majchrzak is certified as a specialist in Legal Malpractice Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Majchrzak has achieved tremendous success for clients over the years. He has valuable experience in all phases of litigation, from motions and trials, to appellate work and mediation. His practice focuses on professional liability defense, especially legal malpractice; insurance coverage litigation; and directors and officers liability claims. In addition to those areas, Mr. Majchrzak’s practice has encompassed a wide range of cases including business and contractual disputes, construction defect, employment, intellectual property, toxic tort, and products liability. He has also handled probate and family law disputes for high net worth individuals.

Mr. Majchrzak is active within the legal community. He is a member of the State Bar's Committee on Professional Responsibility and Conduct and the San Diego County Bar Association's invitation-only Legal Ethics Committee. He is also co-editor of Ethics Quarterly, produced by the San Diego County Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Majchrzak is active within the American Inns of Court. He is currently president of the William L. Todd, Jr. Chapter and previously served on the national program awards committee for two years. He has also served as a judge for Teen Court, an attorney instructor for numerous mock trial competitions, and a former member of the board of directors of the Kiwanis Club of Poway.
