I don’t know where to begin and will have trouble ending ! I hired Attorney Demergian to represent my daughter ! I believe he was a God sent !! I would highly recommend him, not just for his knowledge of the law ( which is exceptional ) his honesty, integrity and kindness were unwavering. As a mothe...r there was never a doubt that he always had my daughters best interest at heart. Attorney Demergian ( which I came to call Dave ) is skilled, experienced, honest , kind and works diligently on behalf of his clients. I am from the east coast and Cal law is very complex and hard to understand !! Attorney Demergian answered all my questions and put me at ease. He goes above and beyond. I will never forget his compassion and hard work in the worst, scariest time in our lives ! Writing this review seems so small ! As I said in the beginning I could go on and on ! I am an attorney myself but do not specialize in criminal law. I was accused of a hit and run which I did not do, but there was a federal postal worker as an eye-witness who claimed she saw me hit the car in question. He was very patient, professional and knowledgeable and worked with me on a payment... plan. I hired him and he took the case to trial and was amazing in court, the Jury loved him! The case came back as a hung-jury or mistrial which is a miracle considering the witness. He worked very hard with the City Attorney who was going to retry the case and instead he was able to get me a plea bargain to infraction, no misdemeanor. He was eager to try the case again but I could not spend the money and want it behind me. Now all I have is traffic fine which is minimal. I would and have recommended people to him since he handled my case! You will not be disappointed!
