Danesh Lee Tandon

I was not given a chance to mount any kind of defense. Mr. Tandon believed me to be guilty, and would not discuss anything but my pleading guilty to the deal offered. I asked for a continuance two times to hire private council, and Mr. Tandon told me both times I would be refused. If he asked for... them I do not know, but I was told they were refused. At trial he told me that if I didn't plead guilty, I would receive double the offer, and he did not intend to do anything on my behalf. I tried to have him removed as my attorney, and he vigorously fought to not allow this. I was forced into taking a prison sentance. He is the worst.
