With all true honesty the best lawyer I've ever met and hired. This is my story. I found Ms. Garcia online. I dont even know how I ended up in her office. I swear she's God's gift to me because my life has been very troubled and turbulent. I was looking for a lawyer to save me. She was willing to he...lp me with a restraining order against my son's father. I remember storming in to her office nervous, scared and very figity. At times I was demanding. I tell you my case was very complicated.. I needed the best of the best and here she was Ms.Dacely Garcia. She asked me to collect any evidence that would prove some sort of defence against the father of my baby. He wanted to take my child away from me.. The father and I had a very bad relationship after our son was born it got worst we fought alot. We both had evidence of our domestic violance incidents. At the time I was on probation for a felony dui. I was scared that the court was going to grant the father custody because of the evidence he had against me. Court was in session and Ms. Garcia represented me. You wouldn't believe how fast she put all the paper work together and how efficient,professional,honest,diligent,understanding she was. Her skills and her law knowledge was impressive. She new what she was doing. I was impressed. The judge granted me all custody of my son and granted a 3 yr restraining order. Since I was the aggressor at time I was given a 52 program to complete but I had my son. I had won!! I couldn't believe what was happening. Ms.Garcia fought for me. It doesn't end there. One month later I call her telling her I was being charged with a dui and that I was on probation. My son was taken by cps because father had called stating that baby was in danger because I was on drugs. I refused to take a drug test. I didn't think I needed to. Well I was wrong they came next day picked up my baby. I was devastated. So the dui incident happened. I storm into her office. Right away picks up the phone calls my probation officer. Convince them to not dig into what was going on. That it was a misunderstanding and that she was going to resolve it and represent my innocence. My probation orders me to contact scram and join the program for 6 months. Court comes for the dui. I tell you I though I was going to jail. Well I didn't this would of been my 3rd dui. Ms.Garcia kept me out of jail and with no dui charge. She was my rock in the storm I tell you shes the best of the best. Always answered the phone when I called. I remember calling her one day and she was in a funeral but still managed to put ease to my soul. Its amazing. She truly a one of a kind lawyer. My cases were tuff I tell you. Im so thankful for her. She saved me. When I thought there was no hope I've hired other lawyers they all did me dirty. Stole my money. They were lazy. Took there clients for granted because they been doing there job for a long time. I was just another case But not to Ms.Garcia she didn't make me feel like that. She's a true Savior. Her price is legitimate. When it comes to lawyers you have to becareful but she is an authentic lawyer. When it came down to pay the lawyer fees it was an Honor. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer.
