Biography
Attorney Claudia Garcia is an experienced, aggressive, but compassionate attorney.
Ms. Garcia is a native of Mexico. Fueled by her own tenacity and commitment to a better future, Ms. Garcia emigrated to the US at a young age. While resisting challenges and adversity, she obtained a scholarship to attend the University of California in San Diego (UCSD) and graduated Cum Lade with a Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Political Science. Ms. Garcia attended and obtained a Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in two years and immediately passed the California State Bar exam.
Ms. Garcia opened her law office in 2001 after she had been employed with Legal Aid of San Diego and as a contract attorney for the San Diego Department of Child Support Services.
Ms. Garcia is also very involved in her community and has received recognitions for her Pro Bono efforts. Part of Attorney Garcia's commitment as a lawyer is to simplify and explain the rules to her many clients and audiences. Ms. Garcia is a frequent guest speaker of Despierta San Diego of Univision, a morning news/entertainment show that provides news and information to the Latino community. Ms. Garcia has also participated in the "Ask a Lawyer Day" organized by the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association providing free legal assistance to the San Diego and Chula Vista residents.

Honest Attorney
