Ms. Garcia is a native of Mexico. Fueled by her own tenacity and commitment to a better future, Ms. Garcia emigrated to the US at a young age. While resisting challenges and adversity, she obtained a scholarship to attend the University of California in San Diego (UCSD) and graduated Cum Lade with a Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Political Science. Ms. Garcia attended and obtained a Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in two years and immediately passed the California State Bar exam.

Ms. Garcia opened her law office in 2001 after she had been employed with Legal Aid of San Diego and as a contract attorney for the San Diego Department of Child Support Services.

Ms. Garcia is also very involved in her community and has received recognitions for her Pro Bono efforts. Part of Attorney Garcia's commitment as a lawyer is to simplify and explain the rules to her many clients and audiences. Ms. Garcia is a frequent guest speaker of Despierta San Diego of Univision, a morning news/entertainment show that provides news and information to the Latino community. Ms. Garcia has also participated in the "Ask a Lawyer Day" organized by the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association providing free legal assistance to the San Diego and Chula Vista residents.

Honest Attorney
Claudia is a breath of fresh air as a Lawyer. She is always willing to listen and help those who need an honest an accurate response in any situation that the customer needs. When it comes to Family Law and Inmigration I have no objection to recommend her.

Knowledgeable Lawyer
Claudia was very lawyer to work with, from the beginning she explain how she works and how she charges. That made me feel very trustworthy with Mrs. Garcia. She always kept me informed of everything was going on and the most important thing is that she has passion for what she represent and she very knowledgeable as a lawyer. Any calls I made or email I wrote to her was always answer the same day or next day, she was always responsive. In the end of my divorce she took care of everything and everything went as was plan, she was always punctual for her appointments with me and always showed to court with me on time which was very important to me since I had attorneys that I had in the pass that did even showed up to court. Overall I was very pleased with Mrs. Garcia and I will referred her to a friend, because I am sure she will threat my friends the same she threated me with respect.
