Beth Willams has been my work comp attorney for 15 years. Beth has taken care me that long because I chose to have the insurance company take care of anything related to my back injury for the rest of my life. I am thankful to have her in my corner. The below review by Michael dated 3/5/18 sure doesn't sound anything like the Beth Anne Williams who has represented me for years. I too have had a long drawn out case having had a career that was very physically demanding and dangerous. As I result, I've required seven surgeries and extensive reco...very periods over the years. Beth has always had my best interest at heart and has steered me in the right direction many times for which I'm thankful. There was a time when I just wanted to get it all over and done. Thankfully Beth convinced me to pursue continued recourse and treatment which has impacted my well being greatly. Her council, communication, attention to detail and issues certainly made this experience much easier and ultimately more beneficial to me. My case has finally wrapped up and I couldn't be happier with her results. Beth went above and beyond during the final stretch, and I am very thankful to have her as my attorney.

Beth represented me in my Workers Compensation case. She was very attentive and supportive, as was her staff. Beth was a good, dependable attorney and was able to help me win my case. I was so down before going there. I was in bad shape and Beth lifted me up. She checked in with me regularly, prep...ped me for my interview, and was just a really caring person. I highly recommend her.

Finally after 9yrs my case settled. On the day we went to court I told Ms. Williams 3 times I did Not want to settle with a Compromise and Release. 3 times! Ms. Williams tells me I have red folder and a green folder I put case files in I put your case file in the red folder and did nothing, I waited ...for the defense to present their offer. She did absolutely nothing. Then just before lunch she runs from the court room with papers in her hands tells me you dont have time to read it just check these boxes and sign here. Told her maybe I want to wait another year and she points down and says sign the paper. Biggest mistake. Ms Williams ignored my request not to have a compromise and release. I am really upset you hire an attorney thinking they are looking out for your best interest but not ms williams. Her last words to me as were leaving court. Now you can squander your money away.
