Ms. Silber-Katz didn't retain information she received. Each time she asked the same questions, and charged for it. Very slow in writing information down. Filed my case in wrong court, even I had history of domestic violence filed in Courthouse in San Diego Downtown, she filed my case in Vista!! This... delayed my case and caused ongoing problems. Took me two minutes on the internet to find out which courthouse my City belongs to- to San Diego of course. Did not put DV history in consideration, and made me believe I have to pay spousal support to my abusive husband, because he did not work anymore. On my paycheck income for $20.00 payed from a wellness program at work, she took almost an hour to figure out how to justify this "income" in court!! A small amount of money I had from income I had saved from before my marriage, had to bring proof over and over I had this savings from Europe, from about 20 years ago. Each meeting she got stuck on this and spend each time looking over my proof, because she did not believe me. She is not trustworthy. Told the other party -husband- that it would be better if we stayed together because of business, which created problems, and kids. And she was supposed to represent me! She always stated she drives personally to court house and takes care of paperwork, so it will be taken care of. This created extra expenses and was a way for her to make more money. Did not provide monthly billing statements. Very unprofessional!!
