Anthony Joseph Solare

About twenty years ago, Tony had helped my parents and I get through a challenging criminal case. Achieving the best result possible. But, it is now twenty years later and I am scrambling for an attorney in a family law case. I thought of Tony briefly, but shrugged him off thinking.....he doesn't pra...ctice family law. I'm posting anonymously due to my high profile status in downtown San Diego, and don't want people to know I got arrested. So I made a mistake and drove home from a concert with a few drinks under my belt and got a DUI. Never happened to me before and I didn't know what to do. I'm a busy working prof...essional and didn't know the first thing about the law. Never been arrested. Mr. Solare came highly recommended so I went with him. A very reasonable retainer and he took care of EVERYTHING! I didn't have to think. Mr. Solare, (Tony) was recommended to us by another attorney due to the attorney we had did not work on CPS cases. False allegations made against our son with CPS by his daughter's mother forced us to hire a criminal defense attorney should we need one to defend him and prove the allegations were fa...lse. Thank God, that the truth was discovered and the case was closed and nothing came of it. We kept Tony as his attorney because the Family Law attorney we had did not handle CPS cases and Tony handled all, and my son still had child custody and child support and arrears tied up in court. To make a long story short, instead of my son having to pay around $10,000 in child support arrears (which was not owed) he ended up having to pay $404.00. This was fair and could not have went any better! His child support payments remained the same and custody was settled between the parents and both happy with the results.
