Anthony Joseph Solare

I was referred to Mr. Solare by a fellow attorney for a misedemeanor DUI. I contacted Mr. Solare’s office immediately following my release and met with him the same day. He encouraged me to proactively begin DUI classes and AA meetings prior to my hearing date which was beneficial for me. Mr. Sola...re was able to get an additional charge dismissed and my community service was reduced to volunteer work. I highly recommend Mr. Solare for represention as he is very knowledgeable, honest, attentive, available and extremely thorough. At no time did I ever feel uninformed or apprehensive of the court proceedings. Years later I contacted him for advice and guidance on an expungement. I'm posting anonymously due to my high profile status in downtown San Diego, and don't want people to know I got arrested. So I made a mistake and drove home from a concert with a few drinks under my belt and got a DUI. Never happened to me before and I didn't know what to do. I'm a busy working prof...essional and didn't know the first thing about the law. Never been arrested. Mr. Solare came highly recommended so I went with him. A very reasonable retainer and he took care of EVERYTHING! I didn't have to think. He helped me figure out court date, knocked my work service down, showed me where to go what to do, and even figured out my commute to work for me while I was unable to drive. I can't recommend him enough. He was really there for me in my darkest hour and though you can't get away from a DUI, he made the process easy for me. The courts and DMV gave me a hard time and he made it all easy on me. Trust me -- hire Anthony Solare if you get a DUI.
